Who is Krajete GmbH ?How does Krajete’s regenerative NOx removal system work?
Our system passes flue gas through tailored zeolite adsorbers that trap NOx even at ambient temperatures. When a cartridge is full, a gentle heat pulse releases a concentrated NOx stream for reuse, leaving the adsorber intact for the next cycle. No chemicals, catalysts, or water are consumed—just a clean, fully regenerative loop.
How does Krajete’s regenerative NOx adsorber differ from traditional SCR?
Unlike selective catalytic reduction—which needs 250 °C flue gas, an ammonia or urea dosing system and bulky catalysts—our regenerative zeolite adsorber captures NOx at ambient temperatures, dry and catalyst-free. That means no reheater, no ammonia handling and a smaller footprint. In practice, clients save six-figure capex and tens of thousands a year in operating costs while still reaching sub-ppm limits.
What happens to the captured NOx—do we just dispose of it?
No. After desorption, the enriched NOx can be upgraded on-site to nitric acid or fertilizer feedstocks. Instead of paying to destroy a pollutant, you gain a new revenue stream while supporting circular-economy goals and cutting waste-handling costs.
What NOx removal efficiency can we expect on the plant floor?
Full-scale runs show 99.9 % capture, pushing outlet levels to 1 ppm—even in humid, CO₂-rich streams where SCR struggles below 100 ppm. The same beds can also polish SOx and H₂S without performance loss, giving operators a single “fine-polishing” step for stringent permits.


Will installation disrupt my operation?

Our modular cartridges bolt into existing ducts or slip-streams with minimal downtime. No flue-gas reheating or water handling is required, and “instant-on” adsorption means no lengthy warm-up.
